Advanced Forms Pro

Advanced Forms Pro builds front-end WordPress forms with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF). It supports all ACF field types, including repeaters and flexible content, through the familiar ACF field editor. ACF PRO version 5.7 or later is required.

Build and display forms

Create forms in the WordPress admin panel or programmatically, then add them to a website with a Gutenberg block. Hooks and helper functions support developer-led integrations. AJAX submissions can complete without a page reload, and entries can shop submissions with all form fields.

Choose how submissions are used

Entries keep a record of submitted fields. For content processes, configure forms to create or edit posts, set post titles, content and status, and map existing ACF fields. For account workflows, forms can register users or let them edit profiles, with automatic mapping of visitor fields.

Calculated fields display values as visitors complete a form. For more complex requirements, calculations can be programmed.

Manage access and connected services

Built-in restrictions can limit total submissions, allow access only to logged-in users, or set the times when a form is available. Each form includes honeypot spam protection. Pro also supports reCAPTCHA, including Google reCAPTCHA with an invisible captcha.

Configure unlimited email notifications with dynamic recipients and field includes. Forms can send Slack messages containing submission data, sign users up for a Mailchimp mailing list, or connect through Zapier to thousands of third-party services.
