Send WordPress activity to the tools you use

When a form is submitted, an order is placed, or a supported course or membership event occurs, Bit Integrations Pro can pass the relevant information to another platform through a workflow. The no-code add-on connects WordPress and plugin data with more than 400 platforms. The Pro version unlocks all 400+ triggers and actions and works with unlimited active workflows.

Available events and destinations depend on the integrations you use. Supported services include Google Sheets, Mailchimp, Brevo, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Telegram, and Discord.

Choose an event and map its data

Each workflow starts with a trigger, such as a form submission, new order, course enrollment, booking, membership event, or another supported activity. Choose and authorize an action destination, then map fields from the source so the destination receives the information it needs.

Custom triggers and conditional logic let you tailor actions to a workflow's requirements. Webhooks can send data to and receive data from supported platforms. Outgoing webhooks can also pass WordPress data to external services and automation platforms.

Common integrations

  • Forms: Connect supported form tools such as Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor Forms, Bit Form, Fluent Forms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, and Formidable to external services.
  • Commerce: With supported WooCommerce events, transfer customer data, order details, products, subscriptions, bookings, or memberships.
  • CRM and email: Send lead or customer data to platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, and MailPoet.
  • Courses and memberships: Use supported triggers from LearnDash, Tutor LMS, MemberPress, Paid Memberships Pro, and WooCommerce Memberships.
  • Spreadsheets and team communication: Send information to Google Sheets, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, and other supported destinations.

Review workflow activity

Detailed logs let you inspect data submissions and automated actions when reviewing a workflow or handling an error. Real-time synchronization can help keep connected tools current as information is submitted or created on your WordPress site.

For example, a workflow can add a form lead to a CRM, record WooCommerce orders in Google Sheets, or notify a team channel about website activity. Webhooks can also connect WordPress data with automation platforms such as Zapier.

Set up a workflow

  1. Install and activate the Bit Integrations plugin in WordPress, then open its workflow interface.
  2. Select a trigger and choose an action.
  3. Authorize the destination and map fields between the source and destination.
