Elementor Forms Google Sheets Connector PRO

Elementor Forms Google Sheets Connector PRO sends submissions from Elementor Pro Forms, Elementor Atomic Forms, and MetForm to a selected Google Spreadsheet. Each new submission is added as a row in real time. Standard and advanced form fields are supported, and the submission date is recorded automatically.

Use the connected sheet to organize leads, contact inquiries, bookings, registrations, or customer data. MetForm Free and Pro are supported. Elementor Pro is required for the Elementor Form widget. Each form can connect to a different spreadsheet, and PRO supports multiple feeds per form.

PRO controls for fields and spreadsheet layout

  • Headers: Create column headers automatically from form fields.
  • Existing entries: Synchronize previously submitted Elementor, Elementor Atomic Form, or MetForm entries.
  • Field and column management: Edit and reorder fields, or enable and disable individual fields before synchronization.
  • Submission metadata: Include submission time, IP address, browser information, and additional metadata.
  • Sheet readability: Freeze header rows, personalize header colors, and style alternate rows.
  • Authentication: Connect with Google OAuth 2.0, or use manual Google API configuration or Service Account authentication.

The connector maps form fields to Google Sheet columns, and plugin options provide access to the connected spreadsheet. One-time Google authentication supports continuous synchronization.

What determines where submissions go

First, authenticate with Google using an available method. Then enter the Google Sheet name, Sheet ID, tab name, and tab ID in extension settings or in the Elementor Form editor. In the editor, open Actions After Submit and select GSheetConnector.

Prepare the spreadsheet with column headers in its first row that match the form field labels, or use PRO to make headers from the fields. Adjust which fields are synchronized and their order, and choose whether to include extended metadata. Submit a test form to confirm that its data reaches the connected sheet.

Using the connected sheet

Keep incoming leads ready for follow-up, maintain booking or registration records, or organize customer information in a spreadsheet. PRO can synchronize existing entries when moving an established form process to Google Sheets. Frozen headers and row styling help organize the sheet as records accumulate.

Installation and setup

Install and activate the plugin in WordPress, authenticate with Google, and configure the spreadsheet details. Select GSheetConnector as an action after form submission, map the fields or generate headers, and save the settings. Submit a test form before using the workflow for live data.
