Mail Mint Pro brings contact management, lead forms, email campaigns, newsletters, and automation into your WordPress dashboard. Contacts and campaign data are stored in your WordPress database. Mail Mint sends through your site's default SMTP and does not provide its own email delivery service. The extension sets no contact or sending limits, while actual delivery depends on your SMTP setup and provider.

Capture leads and styling emails

Create lead forms for use around your website, then organize contacts with lists and tags. Pro includes dynamic segmentation for targeted campaigns. For email design, pick the visual drag-and-drop builder for layouts and WooCommerce product blocks, or use the classic or plain-text editor for a simpler format. Pro also includes post blocks and email sequences.

Campaign options include regular and scheduled emails, newsletters, follow-ups, and post-purchase messages. Pro adds recurring campaigns and sequences, which can send emails at planned intervals.

Automations for contacts and shop events

Build visual processes around form submissions and other supported triggers. Pro adds triggers based on list and tag changes, order status, and customer behavior, along with conditional flows and additional workflow actions. WooCommerce abandoned cart recovery can track carts and send follow-up emails based on cart events.

WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, and AI

Mail Mint Pro integrates with WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads. For WooCommerce, use the visual email builder to customize default transactional emails, such as messages sent after an order is placed or completed.

AI assistance can help make campaign content and automation workflows. Connect a supported AI provider or WordPress AI Connector, then review the generated output before applying it.

Getting started

Install and activate Mail Mint Pro in WordPress, follow the setup wizard, and configure your site's email sending through its default SMTP. Then create forms, organize contacts, prepare campaigns, and set up workflows for the triggers your site works with.
