RSVP Pro is the paid edition of RSVP and Event Management for WordPress. The basic version handles one event; Pro supports multiple events, related dates, attendee communication, and attendance records. It can be used for conferences, classes, meetings, celebrations, or other programs managed on a WordPress website.

Plan schedules across dates

For a program that runs over several days, configure each day as a separate event and organize the dates as sub-events. Attendees can RSVP for distinct dates, while organizers can keep an attendance record for each event.

Manage the time before arrival

Provide calendar invitations and make reminder emails for attendees. You can show an attendee list on the front end and set up a waiting list for an event. These options help keep event details available after registration and organize interest when places are limited.

Record attendance

RSVP Pro can generate QR codes and record attendance through check-in functionality. This connects registration records with attendee arrivals.

Set up the RSVP form

Add the [rsvp] shortcode to a WordPress page associated with the RSVP form. Visitors can register themselves when the Open Registrations option is enabled.

To prefill attendee details, add query-string parameters to the form page: firstName for the first name, lastName for the last name, and passcode when a passcode is enabled or required.

Get started

After purchasing the Pro edition, follow the provided upgrade instructions. Create or choose the RSVP form page, add the shortcode, then configure events, sub-events, reminders, invitations, QR codes, check-in, attendee show, or a waiting list as needed. The paid edition includes priority support.
