Build forms in Elementor

Pro utilities for longer forms and accounts
RTMForm Pro includes Multi-Step Forms, which divide a longer form into stages, plus Login and Register widgets for account-related processes. It also supports SMTP configuration to connect an email delivery setup. Whether messages arrive depends on your mail server, provider, and configuration.
Fields for visitor responses
RTMForm includes 12 essential field widgets, with reCAPTCHA also available to help verify users and protect forms from automated abuse.
- Text and Text Area: Collect short responses, names, messages, or comments.
- Email and Telephone: Gather contact details. Email fields validate addresses, and telephone fields support formatting settings.
- Number, Date, and Time: Accept numeric values, dates, and selected times.
- Radio Button, Select, and Checkbox: Let visitors choose one option, choose from a dropdown, or choose multiple options.
- GDPR Consent: Add a checkbox for privacy notices or applicable terms.
- Submit Button: Customize the button’s appearance and visual options.
Review and export submissions
Admin notification emails can alert you when a visitor submits a form, and visitor confirmation emails can acknowledge a submission. Submitted entries can be saved in the WordPress admin panel for review, then exported together as a CSV file for use in a spreadsheet.
Use the required-login option when a form should be completed only by signed-in visitors. Required fields are marked with a red star, and an error message can appear when required information is missing.
Set up RTMForm
Elementor and RTMKit are required. Install and activate both before using RTMForm. In the WordPress dashboard, select the RTMForm icon from the left menu to begin creating forms. Documentation and video tutorials cover form creation and customization.
