Sitemaps and search presentation

SiteSEO supports XML sitemaps for posts, pages, post types, taxonomies, pictures, and authors, along with an HTML sitemap. PRO adds Google News, video, and RSS sitemaps for relevant content.

Manage titles and meta descriptions with dynamic variables, and review social previews for Google, Facebook, and X. Open Graph and X Cards support social sharing, while Google Knowledge Graph settings and structured data help describe website content. PRO also includes Local Business schema, Dublin Core meta tags, and breadcrumbs for site navigation.

Technical controls and monitoring

The virtual robots.txt editor and htaccess editor provide shortcuts for common rules. SiteSEO PRO also monitors visits to 404 pages and lets administrators redirect users where appropriate. Search Statistics connects to Google Search Console to show performance data and submit the site and sitemap. SiteSEO also integrates with the Google Indexing API and IndexNow API.

Custom tracking code for Google Tag Manager or Facebook Pixel can be added through analytics settings, with fields for placement in the head or body. The add-on supports WordPress multisite and is identified as GDPR compliant.
