Choose WordPress data to export

Ultimate Exporter Pro extends the WP Ultimate CSV Importer ecosystem and requires the free WP Ultimate CSV Importer extension to function. Export supported records as CSV, XML, XLS, XLSX, JSON, or TSV documents.

Depending on the available modules and your website setup, you can export posts, pages, custom post types, custom fields, customers, WooCommerce products and orders, customers, reviews, coupons, media, comments, and metadata. Product exports can include variations, images, categories, and attributes. Date filters can narrow order exports for reporting or fulfillment.

Set filters, schedules, and destinations

Pro includes recurring export schedules and filters for category, status, selected columns, post IDs, title, and custom fields. It works with fields from ACF, Toolset Types, JetEngine, and Meta Box. Choose the Google Sheets option to send data directly to a spreadsheet.

Other controls include time-based and author-specific exports, post-status filters, and query-based exports for posts, users, or comments. Iteration-based processing splits large exports into smaller batches to help prevent timeouts and improve stability. The exporter also formats files to help avoid CSV and XML errors.

Use exports for reporting and migration

Prepare a filtered product file for supplier updates, export orders for a selected date range, or include chosen custom-field data in a content file. The broader compatibility list includes multilingual data through WPML and Polylang, as well as integrations such as MemberPress, LearnPress, Easy Digital Downloads, SureCart, GeoDirectory, bbPress, WP Job Manager, and Events Calendar.

For a migration, the ZIP export can package a selected post type with default template information for use with the importer’s One-Click Import option.

Install and configure the exporter

Install and activate the free WP Ultimate CSV Importer plugin first, then install the Ultimate Exporter Pro add-on. In the WordPress admin export process, choose the content or WooCommerce data, choose a file format, and configure the available fields and filters.

For scheduled exports, set the recurring options provided by Pro. For Google Sheets, select that destination and configure the export details. For migration, choose the data and settings, generate the ZIP bundle, and download it for use with the importer.
