UseStrict's Calendly Embedder Pro

UseStrict's Calendly Embedder Pro extends the WordPress Calendly embed extension with a library for managing existing shortcodes and tools for tracking and handling bookings. Pro finds shortcodes in posts and pages and imports them into the library. Save an embed once, reuse it across pages, and edit it in one place to update every page that uses it. Pro runs alongside the free add-on, so existing shortcodes continue to work.

Configure and place embeds

Build an embed in the options configurator. It works with an inline calendar, a pop-up text link, or a floating pop-up badge. A Calendly Personal Access Token lets the builder show your profile and event types in dropdowns; without a token, enter the Calendly URL. Appearance settings include background, text and button colors, minimum width and height, CSS classes, inline styles, and options to conceal the cookie banner or page details.

Place a saved embed with a shortcode, the dedicated Calendly Embed block, or the Elementor widget. The block and widget can choose a saved embed from a dropdown. Prefill booking forms with the logged-in visitor's name and email, query-string values, or up to ten custom answers. JavaScript and Ajax apply these values in the browser after the page loads, keeping prefilling compatible with full-page caches and CDNs.

Track campaigns and booking outcomes

Add standard UTM parameters for source, medium, campaign, content, and term globally or for an individual embed. Analytics tools can read these tags, and Calendly entries them against the booking. Booking analytics show the funnel from profile view to completed booking, along with monthly kept, no-show, and cancelled outcomes. GA4 and Meta Pixel events can fire on each completed booking through tags already on your website.

Use booking data in other processes

A read-only MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor query booking data live through your existing Calendly connection, with no additional API key. For lead capture, each new booking can be sent to a webhook, including workflows in Zapier, Make, n8n, or HubSpot.

Other Pro options include multi-event tabs, live availability beside the embed, email reminders, a bookings screen in wp-admin, WooCommerce integration, redirects after booking, and CSV export of tracking data.
