Build and place forms
Start with a template or create a form in the single-page drag-and-drop builder. Real-time preview lets you inspect the form as you edit, and you can create unlimited forms for various pages or processes. Templates cover registration, applications, payments, reservations, polls, feedback, requests and events.
The builder includes more than 20 custom fields, such as address fields and multi-choose boxes. Other listed field types include checkboxes, radio buttons, image uploads and signature fields. Column fields let you arrange and resize fields in a form. Forms are responsive on computers, phones and tablets. Add one to the WordPress editor with the weForms block, or use a shortcode with other page builders.
Set fields and form rules
Capabilities listed across the paid plans include advanced fields, a country list field, file uploads, conditional logic, multistep forms, calculations, quizzes and geolocation tracking. Conditional logic can adapt which fields appear based on a visitor’s responses. Form options can also limit the number of submissions, control access, set a start date and schedule an expiry date.
Route and review submissions
Entries appear in the WordPress dashboard for review. AJAX submission sends an entry without refreshing the page. Set email notifications, customize their messages and HTML templates, and redirect visitors to a page or custom URL after submission. The paid feature list also includes SMS notifications, printable PDF versions of submissions and submission data sent through supported email services.
Forms and entries can be exported. Form exports use JSON, while entry exports can use CSV. Import forms from JSON or available built-in import utilities, including tools for forms from other plugins.
Connect services
The paid lineup lists email marketing integrations with MailChimp, MailPoet, AWeber, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, GetResponse and ConvertKit. PayPal and Stripe are listed for payments. CRM integrations include Salesforce, WP ERP, HubSpot and Zoho. Google Analytics, Zapier, Google Sheets and Trello connect form data to productivity and process tools; Slack can send submission notifications.
weForms also lists reCAPTCHA and Human Presence integrations for spam control. Available integrations may depend on the specific paid plan.
Install and configure
Install and activate the add-on through the WordPress Plugins screen, then open weForms settings. Choose a template or add fields, configure submission rules and notifications, preview the form, and add it to the page where visitors need it. Review submissions from the WordPress dashboard.
