What WP All Export Pro exports

WP All Export Pro is a paid upgrade to WP All Export for building customized files from selected WordPress data. Its three-step workflow and drag-and-drop editor let you select a content type, choose fields, and arrange the output. Exports cover posts, products, orders, custom post types, and custom fields added by themes or extensions. Pro also adds WordPress user exports with their available custom data.

WP All Export handles selected WordPress entries, with one post type per export. To cover an entire website, create separate exports for each post type.

File formats and field layout

WP All Export works with CSV and XML. Pro adds true Excel exports in .XLS and .XLSX formats. Arrange fields in the order the destination needs, rename CSV columns or XML components, and prepare files for spreadsheets, reports, or other services.

WooCommerce orders can be exported with WP All Export. Pro also exposes order entry data stored in WooCommerce custom tables, which lets you include those details in the output.

Filters, schedules, and delivery

Set filtering rules to include only matching records, such as orders above a chosen amount, products with a particular attribute, or posts from a selected period. Configure recurring exports to run on a schedule through server cron jobs or the Automatic Scheduling service.

Pro integrates with Zapier to send exported data to more than 500 apps. For example, a workflow can send data to Dropbox or Google Drive, update a Google Sheets report, or trigger email updates. Pro can also pass data through a custom PHP function before adding it to the export file.

Editing and importing data

Open an export in Excel or Google Sheets to edit records or prepare a report. WP All Export can generate settings for WP All Import, which can use the edited data to update WordPress. Exports can also support migration between WordPress sites when you prepare the output for the destination.

Run an export

1. Install and activate WP All Export Pro in WordPress.
2. Open the export workflow and choose a content type or data set.
3. Select fields with the drag-and-drop editor, then arrange the output.
4. Add filters or a schedule if needed.
5. Choose CSV, XML, or Excel format and run the export.
6. If you plan to reimport the file, review the generated WP All Import settings before importing.
