Send Contact Form 7 submissions to Google Sheets
CF7 Google Sheets Connector PRO sends successful Contact Form 7 submissions to Google Sheets as new rows. A form can use multiple feeds to send data to different spreadsheets or worksheet tabs. This can help organize leads, inquiries, registrations, RSVPs, orders, and other form data in a searchable, shareable workspace.
Select sheets and worksheet tabs
Automatic detection lets you select a Google Sheet and worksheet tab directly instead of entering Sheet IDs and Tab IDs manually. Set up a feed for each destination that should receive submissions.
Choose which values appear in each sheet
- Map Contact Form 7 fields to select which values a feed sends.
- Set the order of fields in the spreadsheet.
- Rename column headers to fit the spreadsheet layout.
- Enable or disable individual fields to control which values are sent.
- Use the special Contact Form 7 mail tag settings supported by the Pro edition.
Choose an authentication method
- Quick Connect: Connect with Google OAuth 2.0 without creating a Google Cloud project or API keys.
- Service account: Use Google Service Account authentication with a JSON key for server-to-server connections.
- Manual authentication: Use your organization’s Google Cloud project and OAuth credentials.
Review stored entries and diagnose issues
The connector also offers optional local storage in the WordPress database, separate from the Google Sheets connection. Browse entries by form, search and paginate them, mark them read or unread, and select entries for bulk sending to a spreadsheet.
Error logs cover Google authentication, connection, and API failures. System status includes information about the WordPress, PHP, extension, and server environment.
Set up a feed
- Install and activate CF7 Google Sheets Connector PRO alongside Contact Form 7.
- Connect a Google account using Quick Connect, a service account, or manual authentication.
- Select a Contact Form 7 form and a Google Sheet or worksheet tab for the feed.
- Configure field mapping, column order, header names, and enabled fields.
- Save the configuration and submit a test entry to verify the spreadsheet workflow.
After setup, future successful submissions can be added to the selected spreadsheet destinations according to the feed options.
