Channel templates map WooCommerce data into feed formats
CTXFeed Pro exports WooCommerce product data as XML, CSV, TSV, XLS, TXT, or JSON. Choose a channel template to map store fields to destination attributes for Google Merchant Center, Meta, TikTok Shop, Amazon, eBay, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other supported destinations. Custom XML templates let you define a feed structure when a pre-built template does not fit.
Google feed fields include titles, descriptions, links, images, prices, sale prices, availability, condition, brand, GTIN, MPN, SKU, EAN, UPC, shipping, tax, custom labels, and Google Product Category mapping. Local Inventory Ads and Google Promotions feeds are also supported.
Filters and transformations control feed contents
Advanced filters include or exclude products by category, stock status, price range, product type, individual selection, or other conditions. Dynamic attributes let you make custom fields in the feed configuration and combine multiple catalog fields.
- Attribute transformations: Apply price markups or markdowns, string replacement, conditional logic, and pattern-based transformations.
- Feed formatting: Remove HTML from descriptions, optimize picture URLs, format prices by locale, map availability statuses, tailor category paths, and add UTM parameters.
- Structured data: Prepare feed output with HTML and shortcode stripping, schema-compliant output, and semantic data preparation.
Batch generation and schedules refresh feed data
Batch processing supports background feed generation and is designed to reduce timeouts during creation. Scheduled updates can refresh prices and availability in generated feeds.
Product and store integrations extend feed workflows
CTXFeed Pro supports simple, variable, grouped, external or affiliate, subscription, bundle, and composite products. Multi-vendor feeds can be generated for supported setups, including Dokan, WCFM Marketplace, WC Vendors, MultiVendorX, and WC Marketplace. Pro integrations for multilingual and multi-currency stores include WPML, Polylang, TranslatePress, Weglot, and CURCY.
WooCommerce Subscriptions support includes subscription cost, billing period mapping, and recurring price feeds. Separate product IDs for online and in-store entries are also supported. For social commerce, available workflows include Facebook and Instagram catalog feeds, TikTok Seller Center feeds, and Snapchat support.
Setup maps fields before feed delivery
Install CTXFeed Pro on the WooCommerce website that manages the catalog. Select a channel template or create a custom XML structure, choose an export format, map product attributes, and apply filters. Review transformations and schedule updates when regular synchronization is needed. After configuration, use FTP or SFTP auto-upload or the Google Content API where appropriate.
CTXFeed Pro includes priority email support. Documentation resources include a getting started guide, video tutorials, a knowledge base, and a support forum.
