Organize WordPress content for browsing

Posts Table Pro displays posts, pages, and custom post types in searchable, sortable tables. Visitors can find entries by category, tag, author, date, custom field, term, ID, or other available criteria. Pagination helps organize larger collections, while responsive settings control how tables behave on various screen sizes.

Choose columns and filters for each collection

Use standard columns for titles, pictures, content, categories, tags, authors, dates, and post IDs. Add custom fields, custom taxonomies, post excerpts, or post status when a collection needs more detail. Dropdown filters are available for taxonomies, categories, and tags; you can also choose posts by custom field, term, date, or ID. Advanced Custom Fields and ACF Pro are supported.

Set how tables display media and results

WordPress media embeds support audio and video galleries and media playlists. Featured images can open in a lightbox, and you can choose the picture size. AJAX can be enabled to reduce server load when users search, filter, or move through results. Pagination and responsive controls let you set how entries are presented across different screen sizes.

Add a table to your WordPress site

Install Posts Table Pro, configure its table settings, and add the [posts_table] shortcode to a page or widget. Settings and shortcode parameters let you choose columns, pagination, filters, sorting, and which content appears. Common options can be managed globally under Settings > Posts Table With Search & Sort.

WPML compatibility supports content translation. Translations are currently provided for French, Spanish, German, Greek, and Chinese (Taiwan). The searching and sorting features use the jQuery DataTables library.
