Premium and Professional include different live chat capabilities. Premium covers user monitoring and message utilities; Professional works with file sharing during chats.

Premium: visitor context and message controls

Real-time visitor monitoring shows the number of active visitors and details such as country, recently viewed pages, referring site, new or returning status, IP address, operating system and browser. Agents can use this context to initiate a live chat.

Proactive chat can begin after a defined number of seconds. Smart Messages display custom text in selected visitor scenarios, and Premium includes unlimited saved replies for agents.

Professional: file sharing in chat

Visitors and agents can securely share documents during a Professional chat. This lets them exchange supporting files within the live chat experience.

Paid chatbot add-ons

AI ChatGPT chatbots are available as a paid feature add-on and can automatically respond to common visitor questions. Custom chatbots can be added to a Premium package as a paid add-on. Depending on how they are configured, chatbots can qualify leads, book meetings or provide product and service information without an agent joining every conversation.

To set up the visitor experience, install and activate Buttonizer in WordPress, select a package. Then configure the contact actions, layout, colors, language and display behavior.
