Timetics Pro extends a WordPress booking system for businesses that schedule consultations, classes, coaching sessions, workshops, and other services. Staff set services and availability; customers pick an open time in the booking calendar, enter their details, and pay during booking when payment is configured. Confirmed time slots are blocked to help prevent scheduling conflicts, and customers receive confirmations. The system works with unlimited appointments, bookings, and team members.

Scheduling and client changes

• AI scheduling analyzes booking patterns and client history to suggest available times for new appointments.
• Clients can book weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom recurring appointments in one step.
• Clients can reschedule an appointment themselves. Updated confirmations and reminders are sent after the change.
• Custom booking fields, client notes, availability overrides, and multiple hosts help teams collect booking details and manage schedule changes.

Calendars, reminders, and payments

Google Calendar two-way sync reflects booking changes in connected calendars. Timetics Pro also supports Outlook and iCal or Apple Calendar connections. Google Meet can generate meeting links for bookings. Email reminders are part of the booking process, with SMS and WhatsApp reminders available through Pro integrations.

Timetics supports Stripe payments at booking, local and offline payment methods, and WooCommerce integration for additional payment gateways and order management. Pro also supports PayPal. A sales analytics dashboard shows bookings, revenue, and trends over time.

Group events and seat selection

For conferences, workshops, theaters, and ticketed events, the Visual Seat Map lets attendees view live seat availability, choose a seat from a floor plan, choose a ticket tier such as VIP, Gold, or Standard, and complete the booking on the WordPress site. One-to-many bookings support webinars, workshops, and group sessions with multiple attendees.

Setup

Install and activate Timetics in WordPress, then configure services, availability, team members, calendars, payment options, reminders, and booking options. Add the booking calendar to the relevant page or website experience and review the workflow before accepting appointments.
