Set schedules and show available times

BookIt Pro extends BookIt, an appointment booking system and event calendar for WordPress. Administrators define services with individual durations and prices, assign staff, and set each staff member’s working days and hours. BookIt uses those schedules to show available slots and prevent double-booking.

Visitors pick a service and staff member, choose an available time, and submit a booking. Guest bookings do not require an account unless registered-visitor mode is enabled. Availability can be displayed in daily, weekly, or monthly calendar views, and appointments can be managed from the WordPress administration dashboard.

Forms, calendars, and notifications

• Create as many booking forms or calendars as needed, including separate calendars for various services.
• Place a form on any page using its generated shortcode or an Elementor or WPBakery widget.
• Send notifications for new, updated, or upcoming appointments, and edit the email templates in the extension settings.

Optional Pro add-ons

Available add-ons include WooCommerce integration for checkout, Google Calendar synchronization, drag-and-drop custom fields, and additional payment settings such as PayPal. These options connect booking details with a shop checkout, calendar, or appointment form. Enable the add-ons needed for your workflow.

Set up a booking calendar

1. Install and activate BookIt in WordPress.
2. Create services, set their durations and prices, and assign staff members.
3. Configure each staff member’s working days and hours.
4. Create one or more booking forms or calendars.
5. Add a form to a page with its shortcode or an Elementor or WPBakery widget.
6. Configure email notifications and templates in the settings.
7. Enable the Pro payment or integration add-ons you need, such as WooCommerce or Google Calendar.
