Bookly Pro

Bookly Pro is a paid add-on for the Bookly appointment scheduling system on WordPress. It adds online payments, unlimited staff members and services, and the ability to install Bookly add-ons. Bookly is designed for time-based services and is not suited to hotel or rental bookings. The free version supports up to five services and does not include online payments or add-on access.

How clients choose an appointment

Once a business has set up its categories, services, staff and availability, customers can use the responsive booking form to choose a category, choose a service, pick the employee, then choose a date and an available time. They provide the requested contact details to complete the reservation. Bookly adds the appointment to its calendar and can send email or SMS confirmations and SMS reminders.

Scheduling options with Pro

In the WordPress administration area, businesses can review the appointment calendar, approve or adjust reservations, and manage services, staff and customer records. Staff members can have individual work schedules and booking calendars. Pro service options include padding time, visibility and booking limitations, while calendar views can be set to daily, weekly or monthly.

Bookly Pro supports online payments through providers including PayPal, Stripe, 2Checkout, Authorize.Net, Mollie, Payson, PayUbiz and PayU Latam. Other capabilities include Google Calendar integration, WooCommerce compatibility, meeting integrations with Zoom, Google Meet and Jitsi, customer-list import and export, and built-in booking, customer and payment analytics. Additional Bookly add-ons can extend the setup with options such as group bookings, recurring appointments, deposits, coupons and waiting lists.

Set up bookings for service work

Install and activate Bookly, then add the Bookly Pro add-on. Configure categories, services, staff members, working schedules and booking rules. Add the booking form to a site page. If customers will pay during booking, configure the online payment process as part of the Pro setup. Before opening bookings, test available time slots, staff assignments, notifications, reminders and payment steps against the intended schedule.
