Begin with one of 40 or more pre-built templates, or make a form from scratch with the drag-and-drop builder. Add fields, rearrange the layout, and adjust options without code. The AI Form Builder can draft fields, logic, and layout from a plain-language description. Start with an inspiration prompt or write your own, then refine the draft with a follow-up prompt. Examples include freelance contracts, health check-ins with range sliders, and multi-step applications.

Fields and presentation

Use form fields such as file and picture uploads to collect supporting material. The style customizer controls colors, fonts, spacing, borders, and backgrounds. Forms can also be displayed as popups.

Landing pages, survey fields, admin approval, and PDF submissions for invoices or contracts support additional workflows. Form entries have unlimited storage.

Publish the form in WordPress

Install and activate Everest Forms Pro, then choose a template, build manually, or describe the form to the AI Form Builder. Add fields, set up any needed logic or payment connection, customize the style, and place the form on the relevant page. You can embed it with an Everest Forms block, shortcode, or the Embed button. Review the layout and submission settings before publishing.
