Contact form and channel tabs
Choose tabs for WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, Telegram, Viber, Line, WeChat, SMS, email, and phone calls. You can also link to profiles and pages on Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, Vimeo, Spotify, SoundCloud, Reddit, Yelp, and Medium. Other supported destinations include Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Fiverr, Printful, Gumroad, Slack, TripAdvisor, Google Play, and the App Store.
Add up to six custom icons and up to six shortcode, IFrame, or HTML icons for other destinations or embedded content. The contact form can include custom fields, dropdowns, file uploads, and a consent checkbox. Pro also supports sending leads by email, Google reCAPTCHA, automatic form closing after submission, redirects, and Google Analytics events.
Targeting and show
Set rules to display or conceal the widget on specific pages, for selected countries, or based on traffic source. Choose to display it after a delay or page scroll, and schedule availability for particular days, hours, or dates. You can create different bars for different pages and use widget analytics to see which channels users use most.
Mail integrations
Connect the contact form to MailChimp or MailPoet. These integrations send form contacts to the selected service.
Configure and review the widget
Install and activate the plugin on your WordPress site. Customize the contact form, choose the tabs and information to show, and save your changes. Connect MailChimp or MailPoet if needed, then review the widget on your site to check that its tabs lead visitors to the intended contact methods and details.
