Product Labels For WooCommerce Pro lets you create product labels in WordPress and pick which products show each one. A badge is a label shown on a product; targeting determines where it appears. Use labels for discounts, free shipping, returns, customer satisfaction messages, new stock, coming-soon products, or other product details.

Choose where badges appear

Assign badges to selected products or categories, all products on sale, or out-of-stock products. You can set multiple badges on a product, choose whether badges display or conceal, and set an expiry date and time. Badge text can display the discount percentage calculated from the sale and regular prices. You can also hide WooCommerce's default "On Sale" badge or replace it with your own.

Use ready-made or custom badge designs

Pro includes all functions from the free version and a library of 700+ predefined badges. Designs cover Black Friday and Cyber Monday, cashback, new stock, coming soon, shipping, returns, customer satisfaction, seasonal promotions, and sales for Independence Day, Diwali, Easter, Eid, Women's Day, and Valentine's Day.

For custom artwork, create badges with advanced CSS or use image badges. Upload an image or choose one from the WordPress media library. Styling controls include badge color, font size, line height, width, opacity, and position. A live preview lets you review a badge's appearance and placement as you style it; default and commonly used styles are also available.

Set up a badge

After activating Product Labels For WooCommerce, open Badges in the WordPress admin menu, choose Badges, then select Add New Badge. Create the label with the available targeting, styling, image, and timing settings. Preview it, assign it to the relevant products or categories, and choose whether it appears alongside or replaces WooCommerce's default sale badge.

Schedule time-sensitive labels

Pro includes sale timers with customizable style options. Set an expiry date and time to control when a badge stops displaying. These settings can be used with seasonal and event-focused designs for promotions that execute during a defined period.
