Social Chat Premium

Social Chat Premium adds WhatsApp contact tools to WordPress. Visitors can start a conversation from a button or contact box, using a preset message or one they write themselves.

Contacts and show options

Set up multiple contacts for various teams or departments. Each can have a name, label, work information, avatar, welcome message, and chatbox. Contacts can use a phone number, WhatsApp group, or WhatsApp Business username. If a username changes, update it in Social Chat because the previous chat link will stop working.

Choose the button layout, text, icon, border shape, colors, and horizontal or vertical position. Premium includes more than fourteen button icons and integrates with the WordPress live customizer. Set visibility by custom post type or taxonomy, and define business hours for buttons and contacts. Shortcodes can add a button or contact box to a post or widget, with attributes for the phone number, styles, and welcome message.

Messages, consent, and analytics

Message templates can use variables such as {SITE_TITLE}, {SITE_URL}, {SITE_EMAIL}, {CURRENT_TITLE}, and {CURRENT_URL}. WooCommerce product messages can also include {PRODUCT_TITLE}, {PRODUCT_URL}, {PRODUCT_PRICE}, {PRODUCT_SKU}, and {PRODUCT_ID}.

The advanced GDPR consent option displays a customizable checkbox and privacy notice. Visitors must accept it before they can interact with contacts or send messages. Social Chat Premium also supports Google Analytics version 3 and version 4 events for button interactions.

WooCommerce buttons and checkout

Add a WhatsApp button to product pages and archive pages, including the shop, product category, product tag, and supported brand archives. Set a custom message, style, and position for each archive type. Product-page placement can be configured around the Add to cart form and button or after the additional information section.

The WooCommerce WhatsApp Payment Gateway lets clients choose WhatsApp Order at checkout. Order details can be sent to a phone number or group with a customizable message using order and customer variables, including order ID, total, products, customer details, addresses, and payment method. Configure an automatic redirect after the order, order status, redirect delay, and visibility. The gateway supports WooCommerce Blocks checkout.

Beta chatbot flows

The AI-powered chatbot feature is a beta visual flow builder. Use connected blocks and drag-and-drop controls to make conversations and deploy them to contacts without coding.

Installation

1. In WordPress, open Plugins and search for Social Chat WP.
2. Install the plugin and select Activate.
3. Open the Social Chat settings in the dashboard to configure contacts, buttons, messages, WooCommerce settings, and other capabilities.
