How Tidio brings support conversations together
Tidio Premium adds paid functions to the Tidio WordPress live chat add-on, which connects your website to a Tidio account. Visitors can chat with your team, while Lyro, Tidio’s conversational AI support agent, can automate up to 70% of inquiries, according to Tidio.
Build chatbots with drag-and-drop utilities or prebuilt templates, and use automation, departments, and agent routing to handle incoming messages. Premium functions include unlimited AI chatbot responses and multi-agent support. A shared inbox brings together conversations from live chat, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and email.
- Track live visitors and start chats based on behavior or location.
- Use proactive messages and popups triggered by user actions.
- On WooCommerce stores, view visitor carts and order history, and send product cards in chat.
- Respond from Tidio’s mobile apps for iOS and Android.
What determines how visitors reach your team
Customize the chat widget’s appearance and choose which WordPress pages display it. You can limit display by country or conceal the widget on mobile devices. Scheduling controls let you set operating hours, display the widget when your team is online, and send automatic replies on selected days.
The widget works with English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese. These display, schedule, and language settings shape how visitors contact your team across devices.
