WordPress Countdown Premium extends Countdown Timer - Widget Countdown with more timer styles, scheduling controls, animations, and display formats. Use responsive timers for events, product launches, promotions, and special offers in posts, pages, and widgets, with WooCommerce and Elementor integrations.

Timer themes and placement

Choose from 40 premium themes: 10 Standard, 10 Vertical, 10 Circle, and 10 Flip. Timers are designed for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens. Inline display places timer components on one row with responsive auto-scaling. Customize colors, fonts, sizes, and positioning to fit the page, and choose which countdown fields to show instead of being limited to Days, Hours, Minutes, and Seconds.

Timer modes, schedules, and expiry

Premium supports count-up timers, evergreen countdowns, and evergreen count-up timers. A countdown can restart when it ends or repeat after a specified number of hours, daily, weekly, or monthly. Repeat options include intervals, day of the week, day of the month, and stop conditions. Evergreen settings include duration, expiry mode, restart behavior, and a daily expiry time.

When a timer expires, choose whether to redirect to a URL, show a button, hide page content, or show hidden content.

Animation and display controls

• Apply animations to individual elements or to the timer group. Effects include fadeIn, bounceIn, flipIn, rotateIn, and more than 25 additional effects.
• Vertical themes include full settings with slide-digit animation.
• Circle themes include full settings with SVG ring animation.
• Flip Clock themes include full settings with 3D flap animation.
• Popup timers have controls for size, position, fixed or absolute placement, background, border, and animation. Sticky Bar timers provide another display option.

Compatibility and setup

The wider plugin supports Gutenberg blocks, Legacy Gutenberg, and the Classic Editor, as well as WooCommerce and Elementor integrations. Its setup instructions describe installing the WordPress Countdown plugin, upgrading to Premium, creating a timer, choosing its type and theme, setting its schedule and expiry action, then placing it in a post, page, widget, or supported integration. Premium support is included with the premium edition.
