Use answers to guide each form
Multi-step forms split longer questionnaires, bookings, and quizzes into stages, with progress indicators to show how far a user has reached. Interactive forms can respond to live input, and conversational forms can present one question at a time. Conditional logic can show or hide fields, sections, or steps based on a visitor’s selections and input.
Math logic calculates values from selections and entered data, for use in estimates, orders, and service requests. Date and time picker fields support booking forms. Quiz forms can show different messages or outcomes based on scores.
Choose where forms appear
Embed a form in page or post content, a sidebar widget, or a theme template. You can also open forms from buttons, links, or page elements. Modal popups, sliding forms, and sticky side tabs offer other show options. Automatic shows can start after a time delay, when a visitor scrolls to a specified point, or when they try to leave the page. More than 70 animations and a selection of icons provide additional styling options.
Manage submissions and follow-up
File upload fields let visitors send files and other documents, with file type validation and a live picture preview. Form submissions are stored in the WordPress database, where they can be viewed in the admin panel and exported as CSV files for use in Excel. Autoresponders can send confirmation emails to visitors, while administrator notifications can go to multiple recipients. Built-in anti-spam controls and on-screen confirmation messages support the submission process. AJAX-powered forms submit without refreshing the page.
