Smart Manager Pro

Smart Manager Pro brings WooCommerce and WordPress records into an Excel-like grid in the WordPress dashboard. Search, filter, sort, review, and edit groups of records without opening each record’s individual edit screen. The Pro edition is designed for stores with hundreds or thousands of products, variations, orders, and subscriptions, and for teams working with broader WordPress data.

Product and inventory fields for batch updates

Batch editing covers simple and variable products, variations, subscriptions, bundles, grouped products, and custom products. Depending on the record, editable fields can include titles, prices, sale prices, stock, SKUs, attributes, tax, and categories. Inventory changes can target stock quantities, stock status, backorders, and related settings using a category, attribute, or another condition.

SKU auto-generation and bulk attribute assignment support catalog maintenance. For structured changes, available operations include append, prepend, increase, decrease, search and replace, and copying values between fields. These operations can update more than 100,000 records.

Orders, subscriptions, coupons, and WordPress data

The grid also works with orders, subscriptions, memberships, bookings, coupons, users, media, courses, events, SEO fields, custom post types, taxonomies, custom fields, and other available WordPress records. Order and subscription processes include status changes, CSV export, scheduling, and adding, removing, or copying line items. Coupon fields can include amounts, expiry dates, and usage limits.

Inline editing supports order statuses, coupon expiry dates, featured images, and other available fields. Filtered CSV exports help narrow the records included, while product CSV import can update a catalog.

Search, scheduled work, and change history

• Choose custom column sets for a focused editing session.
• Schedule bulk edits to execute automatically or in the background, including subscription price synchronization.
• Review edit history and undo inline or bulk changes, including changes from third-party tools or REST API edits.
• Use distraction-free mode and infinite scrolling for longer editing sessions.

For example, a shop team can filter products by category, change stock settings for the selected records, then use edit history to review or undo the changes. Smart Manager Pro is compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage and WPML multilingual workflows.

Order files and setup

Pro includes settings to add a logo to packing slips and bulk print PDF invoices.

To get started, install and activate Smart Manager Pro in WordPress, then open Smart Manager from the administration area. Select a record type, such as products, orders, coupons, or users. Choose relevant columns or a saved view, review the filtered records, and apply inline edits or a batch operation. Use edit history to review or undo changes when needed.
