Bring contact channels into one widget
Sticky Chat Widget Pro adds a floating contact widget to a WordPress site. Visitors can select a configured option for messaging, email, SMS, a phone call, a contact form, or a location link. Supported channels include WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Viber, Line, Email, Telegram, VKontakte, SMS, Phone Call, WeChat, Skype, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter, Slack, Instagram, Waze, Google Maps, Signal, TikTok, Contact Form, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Zalo, and custom links.
Set the show for each website
Choose the widget's colors, fonts, icons, size, position, and orientation. Channels can be displayed vertically or horizontally, and device controls let you show or hide them separately on desktop and mobile. Other display settings include custom call-to-action text, a pending message badge, a dedicated WhatsApp widget, and links to selected pages or resources. Triggers can show the widget on scroll, after a delay, or when a user tries to leave. Available effects include fade, slide, spin, pulse, and bounce.
Pro scheduling and targeting
The Pro version includes the free plan's features and adds controls for when and where the widget appears. Set visibility by day and time, schedule dates for campaigns or events, target selected pages, or use country targeting to tailor visibility by visitor location. Custom icons and pictures let you use your own visual assets, while precise positioning gives more control over placement.
Forms, leads, and styling controls
Pro works with custom contact form fields such as text, dropdowns, and file uploads. Form submissions can be forwarded to an email inbox, and an autoresponder can send an immediate reply. Lead integrations include Mailchimp, Mailjet, and other email marketing utilities. Google Analytics integration delivers widget usage and engagement tracking. Developers can add custom IDs or classes for CSS styling.
