Use life assessments in coaching
Wheel of Life Pro gives career, health, and life coaches a visual way for visitors and clients to reflect on important areas of their lives. Participants can use their results as a starting point for reflection and follow-up conversations about their goals and sense of balance.
Participants can email a report to themselves or share their results on social media. A call to action at the end of an assessment can direct them to coaching services or appointment booking.
Create assessments for your website
Create unlimited assessments and let participants take them more than once. Repeated assessments can help participants review how their views of various life areas change over time. Customize the wheel’s appearance and colors, then choose from three chart types. Each assessment can have its own chart options.
Add assessments to posts and pages with a shortcode or button block. The extension is designed to work with any WordPress theme.
Participant accounts and coach oversight
Visitors can take assessments without an account. If you enable registration, participants can take assessments from their profiles and view their own assessment history. From the dashboard, coaches can review registered users’ profiles, histories, and progress.
The dashboard also reports the total number of assessments taken, which assessments are popular, and who completed an assessment recently. You can add resources for registered users to view on their dashboards.
Customize the email templates for registration messages, forgotten-password emails, and assessment reports.
Set up your coaching process
Install Wheel of Life Pro on your WordPress website, make an assessment, and configure its appearance, colors, chart type, and call to action. Add it to a post or page with a shortcode or button block. If your workflow uses participant accounts, enable registration and review member activity from the dashboard.
