Store Vacation Pro
A holiday or fulfilment pause can stop new orders while the store remains available to browse. Store Vacation Pro extends Store Vacation Lite for WooCommerce with utilities for planning closures, deciding what clients can do during them, and reviewing store activity afterward.

Plan closures and operating hours
Create unlimited vacation periods, prepare breaks months ahead, and review upcoming, active, and past closures in a calendar. Recurring weekday rules cover regular days off and custom weekly patterns. Configure Opening Hours to close the shop automatically outside the hours you set, or use Force Close to pause the store immediately without creating a schedule. Copy Conditions between schedules to reuse availability rules.
Admin reminder emails can be sent before a vacation starts, and a dashboard widget shows upcoming closures. An optional WordPress admin-bar badge reports whether the store is open, closed, or in Checkout Protection mode.
Set the customer experience
Show closure information in a website-wide announcement bar or give customers advance notice so they have time to order. Vacation notices support reusable templates, smart tags, rich text, calls to action, and custom styling. A countdown can show the time remaining until reopening. Display notices on WooCommerce shop and product pages, or add them with the Store Vacation Notice block, Elementor widget, or [woo_store_vacation] shortcode.
For a different storefront experience, replace shop pages with custom content, conceal prices, add-to-cart controls, and mini carts, or show custom content only during vacation mode with the Vacation Content block. Shop access can be protected with a shared password or private links for approved customers. Approved users can bypass restrictions and purchase while the rest of the store remains paused.
Keep carts and shipping in view
When cart building is enabled, shoppers can continue adding products while checkout is closed. Save Cart for Later lets customers save a signed cart link and restore it with one click when the shop reopens. They can copy, bookmark, or share the link across devices, or email it from the storefront to logged-in customers. A dedicated block or shortcode can place the saved-cart action on custom pages and Cart Block layouts.
Shipping rules can hide selected methods for individual schedules or weekday closures. Create Vacation Shipping Options with a name, cost, applicable zones, and checkout description. Choose whether an option appears in WooCommerce order emails, apply it to all closures or selected ones, and set how Free Shipping behaves while vacation shipping rules are active.
Manage checkout and availability rules
Checkout Protection can automatically force close checkout when unusual order activity suggests a carding attack or bot storm. Set separate rapid-order, same-IP, and payment-failure thresholds with rolling time windows. Protection can clear automatically or manually, show a reusable customer notice, and send administrator emails when triggered. Vacation Reports record protection trigger and clear events.
Conditions can exclude products, categories, tags, product types, shipping classes, WooCommerce brands, or user roles from a closure. Keep product exclusions and closure Conditions aligned across storefront, cart, and checkout behavior. You can also choose whether orders placed during an active closure receive a contextual private order note.
Review activity and connect store processes
The Vacation Reports dashboard includes events, completed checkouts, revenue, unique customers, an activity chart, Recent Activity, and Top Products. Track cart additions, removals and quantity changes, saved-cart emails, completed checkouts, and vacation shipping activity. Filter by date range or vacation period, export Recent Activity to CSV with batched handling for larger datasets, and set data retention rules. Clearing report data does not remove orders, saved carts, or vacation options. Vacation orders can also be tracked from the WooCommerce Orders screen.
Import or export settings between stores, use the REST API to work with schedules programmatically, or use permission-checked WordPress Abilities API actions for vacation status, Force Close, schedules, weekday closures, Opening Hours, notices, and Vacation Shipping Options. The integration condition API lets compatible extensions evaluate vacation state, closure type, checkout availability, and mixed-cart availability.
