Review subscriber demand before restocking
The subscription dashboard lets administrators review out-of-stock subscribers and export their names, subscription dates, product names, and email addresses. Subscriber details can be sorted by product or subscription date, and administrators can track notification email status. Customers can view their subscribed products in My Account and unsubscribe from individual alerts.
Double opt-in adds a two-step confirmation to stock alert signups. ReCAPTCHA, email blacklists, and domain blacklists help limit unwanted submissions. Administrators can also send stock notification alerts to additional recipients with the available receiver option.
Manage stock in the dashboard or by CSV
The stock manager dashboard lists products for inventory review. Administrators can edit stock, SKU, and other available product details inline, or export stock data, edit it in a CSV file, and import the updated file. These tools support routine inventory updates across product entries.
Connect waitlists with Mailchimp
Administrators can sync out-of-stock subscribers with Mailchimp lists for product availability messages and restock campaigns.
Configure the alert form and emails
Customize the stock alert form heading, button text, colors, hover effects, styles, and submission messages. Email headings and subjects can also be personalized. The responsive design works with a site's theme structure, and WPML compatibility supports multilingual stores. Use the shortcode [notifima_subscription_form] to show the stock alert form where needed.
